Step 1:

Identify

We have a robust, customisable assessment tool that allows for easy identification of risks across your organisation (sites, roles, departments, shifts) and provides a dashboard displaying high, medium and low risks, with the ability to benchmark your results with other organisations

A detailed table listing workplace risks, hazard examples, scores, risk levels, specific issues, elimination or mitigation strategies, and suggested mitigations. The table highlights various risks such as poor environmental conditions, unsocial hours, poor communication, emotional demand, lack of clarity, continuous exposure, fragmented workplace, and inflexible hours, with risk levels ranging from high to low.

Step 2:

Mitigate

We provide risk registers, slide decks and training to help you unpack your top risks with your teams and choose reasonably practicable mitigations to implement

Step 3:

Monitor

Once your mitigations have been in place for at least 6 months, we assist with monitoritng the effectiveness of your mitigations by providing tools and training
